We refund payments at the request of the client if the service has not been provided or if the client has not yet used our service.
Refunds requested in the course of providing the service will be declined, and the funds for the services provided are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Requests for refunds or chargebacks based on poor or unstable site performance related to:
- faulty and/or outdated equipment and information technology tools that the user uses to access the website;
- for the work of Internet providers that provide access to the network;
- bonus funds accrued on promotions and bonus programs are not accepted!
We provide equal opportunities to all customers and cannot make any exceptions.
If the client believes that the services were not provided in the form in which they were recorded in the rules, he can file a complaint with the site support service.
Please contact support no later than 7 days from the date of purchase of the service. You must provide strong and clear evidence that the product or service does not match the description on our website. We do not accept complaints based only on the customer's erroneous expectations or wishes.

When withdrawing funds from the system, the payment processing fee that was charged when entering funds into the system is not refunded.
The system fee for processing payment when depositing and withdrawing funds from the system may vary and depends on the payment system used to carry out the deposit and withdrawal of funds into/from the system.
Refunds are made in the same way as the purchase was made. Refund times vary depending on your original payment method, as well as your banking days. You can clarify the information about the refund status by requesting technical support via any convenient communication channel.
